First Stop
Las Vegas, Nevada
We decided to break up our drive to California with a pit stop stay in Las Vegas. We filled up our day with lunch at the Steak & Shake (yummo) and then a movie- Captain America Winter Soldier. After our lunch and movie we went exploring. We took a walk around the Bass Pro Shop and checked out the mermaid exhibit at the Sheraton and then headed over to the Caesars Forum Shops for some free entertainment and some awesome photo bombs by Gray. We walked and walked and walked and then checked out the Bellagio's Fountains. Pretty cool stuff and we got the kids all tuckered out and ready for bed because we were waking up awfully early to get on the road for the second leg of our journey.
