Sweet Music

Tonight for a special birthday treat for Xandi we had the awesome privilege to go see our singer, yep, my darling first born son.
Gavin performed in the Alpine School District Masterworks Festival, conducted by BYU's Dr. Ronald Staheli.
Two days of hard work. Singing until he couldn't sing any more. An awesome learning experience where he learned that he already has been blessed with the potential that we have all know he has, but that he has the choice to live up to the awesome privileges that he has been given. What a blessing to live in a place and a time to really do whatever you want to do and be whatever you want to be. Living up to our privilege is a choice.
To be his momma makes me so happy. He gives me the biggest smiles when I know I can hear his sweet voice over the masses. Another proud momma moment.
